Such a huge task with a global audience, meant there was no room for less than a 99% delivery. I carefully and thoroughly discussed and had several meetings and deliberations with the creative team just so everyone is aligned on their expectation and deliverables. From scratch, I had to create and animate all lower thirds, session titles, panel titles, logo animations, virtual layouts etc. aligning all these to the newly crafted international brand guide. The web portal developed for the final edited content was inspired by one of the brand elements(booklets) produced for the event.

Giving the fact that I had to produce all content for the main production, coordinate content streams during production and work and edit recorded content for post production purposes. Such a hybrid (virtual and in-person) event required a lot of moving parts in terms of the logistics for content production, making sure the coordination followed the plan and not take a different trajectory.
