Not to sway away from the real problem and solution to be delivered, a sample of users(persona) was picked from the Kenyan community. The results from the interview resulted in a decision on a straightforward UI that resonates with the user and deliver on Ashfar’s brand promise. I decided the User-Interfaces itself should also have a welcom- ing and friendly vibe. To evoke such feelings, designs should maintain consistency across the UI styles(using components). I started from the most obvious, highest-priority pain points and worked my way down the list to all the user goals. Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop and Figma are among the key software tools used in the entire process.
